The subsidiaries have full management autonomy and P&L responsibility. They assist Industria in under-taking larger scale projects by providing project management and infrastructure services.

This structure is designed to separate the different business areas into clearly defined profit centres, and to isolate the software development activities from the more hardware oriented services of the subsidiaries.
