Holder of an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management BI, Gudmundur Loeve been part of Industria Ltd. since the company's inception. Fluent in several languages and an experienced executive in all stages of company growth, he has played a key role in establishing and developing Industria's operations in new markets and as a member of the company's executive committee.
Prior to joining the company, Gudmundur joined forces with current Industria Ltd. Chairman Gudjon Mar Gudjonsson to co-found Extrada Ltd., a UK-based software company connecting consumers to digital services in the home. Extrada was sold to Norwegian ESP Group in 2007. Prior to Extrada, Gudmundur co-founded ICU, Inc., a software house specialising in industrial control solutions, which attracted clients such as McDonald's and Procter & Gamble.
With a background in management consultancy, he has led and participated in business planning and corporate development for several companies, specialising in new projects, turn-arounds and trade sales.
